What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a non- advisory, non-judgemental, open conversation. It is a collaborative and confidential relationship between coach and client which focuses on the clients own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals. In coaching my clients I aim to support them on their journey to rediscover their own strengths and abilities. I provide a toolkit that can help them to confidently face challenges and overcome any barriers that might be stopping them from reaching their full potential. Life coaching is about moving forward and setting new goals. I will not offer you advice- You know the answers!

why should you use a life coach?

Perhaps you are feeling a bit stuck or trapped, feel the need to move forward and make a change? These feelings could be in your private life at home, within the workplace, or in your social life. Asides from that I believe anyone and everyone could benefit from using a life coach. Primarily see it as a golden, rare opportunity to be able to talk honestly and openly with someone who is not going to judge you and most importantly will be listening to you wholeheartedly.

how do i charge?

I charge for one-one hourly sessions via zoom or Skype. I offer a free intake session to all clients during which we will talk a bit about what coaching is and then do some coaching- it will give you a feel for what the process involves. The coach/client relationship is of the upmost importance to the overall process so it is crucial that the match is right. how many sessions will we undertake?

I usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions over a 3 month period. Each session lasts about 60 mins and is usually held every 2-3 weeks depending on the clients availability and wishes.
